Elena Dongellini
Elena has focused on the management of employment relationships, both salaried and self-employed, assisting companies also in operations of transformation and reduction of workforce. Before beginning her collaboration with Morri Rossetti e Associati, Elena worked for law firms based in Milan, focusing primarily on labour law. Graduated in Law at University of Bologna and she is a member of the Italian Bar in Milan since 2019.
Emanuela Lorusso
Emanuela collaborates with the Department of Labour law and industrial relations; she advices Italian and international clients in and out of Court, in any aspect of the employment relationship. She graduated from the “Mediterranea” University of Reggio Calabria with a thesis in labour law. Before beginning her collaboration with Morri Rossetti, Emanuela completed an internship at the European Parliament in Brussels and, afterwards, she developed professional experiences in two boutique-law firms both specialized in labour law, in Reggio Calabria and in Milan. She is a lawyer and member of the Bar of Milan.
Samuel Mariano Nigro
Samuel graduated in Law at Bocconi University in Milan with a thesis combining elements of Labour law and Industrial Property law: the patentability of inventions generated by artificial intelligence systems and the consequent impacts on the discipline of employee inventions. He spent a semester in Sweden as an exchange student at the University of Gothenburg, where he attended a course in Innovation Law, which allowed him to delve into legal aspects related to the use of artificial intelligence systems. Following an experience in a Milanese boutique firm specializing in Labour law, he joined Morri Rossetti in October 2024. He is a registered practitioner with the Milan Bar Association.
